Regional Leaders and above looking for keys to unlock the doors to growth in sales, recruiting and personal development. 4 Mentorship/Coaching Sessions (2-3 Hour/Session) Service Description: The Personal Touch Mentorship/Coaching allows Regional Leaders and above the opportunity to meet with Coach Boyd in person to assess their growth concerns in sales, recruiting and personal development. Each subsequent meeting is results driven by focusing on areas identified as weaknesses and formulating a strategy to turn them into strengths. A business progression plan based on desired growth is implemented and executed. The sessions are conducted on a bi-weekly basis.
